What does the role look like:

  • Prepare and organise employee set documentation in relation to hiring and leaving processes
  • Handle of the recruitment process including job posting, screening & shortlisting candidates, interviewing (phone and in-person)
  • Manage active search using various recruitment channels - job sites, social media, newsgroups etc.
  • Providing application and interview feedback to candidates
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand each position’s requirements
  • Communicate with external vendors when needed

Skills to Apply:

  • Min. 2 year of hands-on recruiting and administration experience
  • Knowledge of Linkedin and headhunting
  • Happy to work on admin tasks 
  • You are social and out of the box thinking person
  • Excellent in work ethic and professional approach to colleagues
  • Capable to work under pressure and deliver results
  • Very good communication of English
