You will:
- Utilize in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Workforce Management.
- Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Optimize and automate HR functions using Oracle HCM.
- Design workflows and enhance system functionality to improve HR processes.
- Identify and implement best practices to streamline HR operations.
- Interact with stakeholders at all levels, including HR, IT, and executive management.
- Translate technical jargon into business language to ensure clear communication.
- Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS.
- Develop and generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits to maintain data quality and compliance.
- Lead and participate in HRIS-related projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRIS with other business systems.
- Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (preferable) or other HRIS systems - SAP SF, Workday, HeRMeS.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
