HRIS Specialist

You will:

  • Utilize in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Workforce Management.
  • Configure, customize, and maintain Oracle HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Optimize and automate HR functions using Oracle HCM.
  • Design workflows and enhance system functionality to improve HR processes.
  • Identify and implement best practices to streamline HR operations.
  • Interact with stakeholders at all levels, including HR, IT, and executive management.
  • Translate technical jargon into business language to ensure clear communication.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff and end-users on HRIS functionalities.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS.
  • Develop and generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data quality and compliance.
  • Lead and participate in HRIS-related projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HRIS with other business systems.
  • Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (preferable) or other HRIS systems - SAP SF, Workday, HeRMeS.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English.
