Responsibilities:
- Identify potential leads through various channels like social media, online platforms, cold calling, and email campaigns.
- Assess leads' needs and fit for the company's products/services to determine interest and potential as qualified leads.
- Engage leads via phone calls, emails, or other tools to educate them about the company's offerings.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects, addressing their questions and concerns to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Work with marketing and sales teams to align on target customer profiles and sales strategies.
- Update CRM system for effective pipeline tracking and reporting.
- Meet/exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for overall revenue generation.
A perfect fit would be somebody who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service with an understanding of various sales techniques and strategies is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Czech/ Polish.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Previous experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to achieve goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
