Together, we are looking for a driven ML Engineer, who will help them create a next-generation of AI-driven financial services.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conducting research into the application of ML models for new AI product ideas in consumer finance.
- Designing and developing experimental applications to test these ideas.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build applications for a large-scale production environment.
- Continuously improving ML models through experimentation, testing, and optimization.
Experience Required:
- 2+ years of experience in ML development.
- Strong programming skills in Python and other relevant languages.
- Do-it-yourself mindset - you must be comfortable with the full stack of tools to build R&D projects.
- Experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
- Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Experience with cloud-based ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google AI Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong team player with a passion for innovation and learning.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
