Together, we are looking for an experienced QA Engineer, who is an independent thinker, eager to improve and build skills with the help of experienced developers.
As part of the team you will:
- Analyze software components and business requirements, understand the user needs and be eager to propose improvements
- Plan, implement, and execute testing tasks for complex, multi-tier applications (web and mobile)
- Analyze test results to identify areas of concern and spot weaknesses
- Take task ownership in the quality aspect and be responsible for work estimates, execution, and task closure initiatives
- Work in compact, autonomous teams with short release cycles – they rely on agile, independent teams of sharp and driven people with just the right amount of processes to steer off anarchy and not sacrifice velocity
We will be looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- In-depth understanding of software testing processes and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with issue tracking tools
- Passion for quality assurance
- Very good command of English and strong communication skills
Nice to have:
- University degree in computer science/information technology/mathematics
- Experience in testing mobile applications across different platforms
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience in API testing
- Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL
