Lead Talent Acquisition and Branding Specialist


The Challenge:

To achieve their goals, our client need to rapidly grow its R&D department with people who share same energy like their and are on the same page with both the advancement of technology and the desire to keep the planet clean. They are looking for an experienced specialist to help develop their employer brand, achieve efficiency with top talent and attract the right people to continue the company's development.

Your role in this process:

First of all: being a team player with good communication skills, who is eager to share, unite and keep the team spirit up.

  • You fully own the candidate-generation strategies regarding the Tech openings The main tools and channels you will work with - LinkedIn, Dev.bg, Slack and G-Suite
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
  • You are the strategic recruitment advisor in the company
  • Мaintain employee referral programs
  • You develop engaging content - independently and in partnership with team members - that promotes the employer brand and attracts candidates who easily convert from passive to active and hired
  • Communicate with partner organizations 
  • Lead employer branding initiatives
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

What would you need:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role (preferably product IT companies)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the courage to make an impact quickly but thoughtfully
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • You like to understand in detail what a team does and you know how to create compelling narratives for its candidates
  • Flexibility! You feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment and understand that time is an excellent factor in attracting top talent
  • The conviction that the development of technology is the key to solving global climate problems and the desire to participate in the process
