Together we are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support teams grouth and onboarding activities. You will help the company to find and hire the most qualified people for all open roles.

We will be looking for a certain set of skills:

  • 1-2 years of proven recruitment experience.
  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Team spirit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical-thinking skills. Tech-savvy.
  • Fluency in English.
  • BSc in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or relevant field.

In This Role You Will:

  • Prepare and post job openings on various job boards.
  • Use social media channels and other tools to contact potential candidates.
  • Build a talent pipeline through professional groups and during events.
  • Initial screenings and scheduling interviews.
  • Following up during the recruitment process.
  • Use recruiting software to keep track of open roles.
  • Participate in recruiting events.
  • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks.
