Job Brief:

  • Fully own the candidate-generation strategies regarding the Tech openings
  • Gather competitive data, industry trends and labor market conditions and translate them into successful search strategies
  • Be the strategic recruitment advisor for the engineering leaders (including the CTO)
  • You will handle the recruiting process to meet various staffing goals (sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, offering)
  • Proactively conduct research and investigate innovative ideas to execute innovative sourcing strategies
  • Cooperate with hiring managers 
  • Communicate with partner organizations 
  • Promote the company brand on the labor market

Experience and competencies:

♦ First of all: A team player with good communication skills, who is eager to share, motivate and inspire.

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment
  • Use creative sourcing methods to keep a healthy candidate pipeline
  • Have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Have a proactive and engaging sourcing approach 
  • Real enthusiasm for the latest cutting-edge technologies and recruitment tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing work environment and hiring managers from different locations
  • Interested in managing a team of recruiters
  • Advanced level in English
