About the role:

With the growth of their global team, they are looking for an experienced Recruiter to be the engine of the team expansion. Partnering with managers across the globe, you would own the end-to-end recruitment process – from sourcing to offer generation whilst ensuring positive candidate experience. In order to be successful in this role, you need to be a people person, curious, and excited about working with the latest recruitment tools and constantly innovating the talent acquisition process. What you’ll do:
Sourcing 

  • Source potential candidates on various databases and platforms, like LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, and GitHub
  • Engage passive candidates with various creative communication strategies across platforms and events
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies using expert knowledge of labor market, competition, and external talent

Consulting & Interviewing

  • Own the end to end recruitment process for various roles – from creating an attraction strategy and assessment criteria and process, to negotiating the job offer
  • Partner with all team leaders across the globe to ensure smooth and positive candidate experience as well continuous improvement of their Talent Acquisition process and practices

Employer Branding

  • Actively contribute to the company employer brand presence by partnering with the EB Marketing Manager
  • Participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals

What you need to succeed:

  • Passion for recruitment and creating a positive candidate experience – from passive sourcing up to the offer stages
  • Successful track record as a Recruiter
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, social media recruiting and more)
  • Hands-on experience with various recruitment platforms and tools
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent English
