As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you would be a part of the recruitment team and would be responsible for maintaining the quality of the interview process and improving the alignment of criteria for the technical and cultural fit of new hires and therefore obtaining the company culture. 

You would also be responsible for the review of applications and would participate in the interviews and therefore would be the main point of contact to candidates in the process.

The stack and the positions depend on the project:

In most cases, they generally choose between the Java and .NET stack for the back end and use the most popular SPA frameworks (React/Angular/Vue) for the front end. 

The ideal teammate:

  • 5+ years of experience with technical recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of relevant profiles and skillset.
  • Good knowledge and experience of active sourcing (knows what’s a Boolean string and how to apply it when searching for profiles online).
  • Еxperience in providing feedback.
  • Strong passion for all kinds of recruiting topics, wants to stay up to date with trends and new technologies.
  • Fluent, presentation-proof English.
