In this role you will:
- Deliver full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, selecting, interviewing and hiring).
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Research talent acquisition trends.
- Suggest improvements in the talent acquisition process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities’ career centers.
- Lead employer branding activities.
- Help junior colleagues in the team when needed.
- Create and manage job postings and conduct research on the labor market.
Main requirements:
- 1-3+ years of experience in recruitment in the IT industry.
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian (written and verbal).
- Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented.
