(Senior) IT Recruiter

In this role you will:

  • Deliver full-cycle recruiting (sourcing, selecting, interviewing and hiring).
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Research talent acquisition trends.
  • Suggest improvements in the talent acquisition process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with universities’ career centers.
  • Lead employer branding activities.
  • Help junior colleagues in the team when needed.
  • Create and manage job postings and conduct research on the labor market.

Main requirements:

  • 2-4+ years of experience in recruitment in the IT industry.
  • Fluency in English and Bulgarian (written and verbal).
  • Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented.
