To accelerate test management and implementation of best practices in testing, they are looking for a Solution manager to join the Test Factory and lead all test activities.


The Role:

  • Deliver test scenario design, execution and maintenance for Front office, Back office and Middleware solutions using Tricentis Tosca, JIRA, and other testing systems. You work under the responsibility of the factory lead
  • Participate in all Test factory activities: Scope and selection of test scenarios | Design and build of test scenarios | Execution of test scenarios | Maintenance and monitoring
  • Coordinate and manage planning, test factory effort and test factory budget estimations. Identify test deliverables and milestones
  • Create/maintain documentation related to processes, best practices, test factory input and output, pre-requisites before selection of test scenarios, onboarding for newcomers, offboarding for leavers
  • Prepare test strategy and roadmap defining project phases, scope of reports and business processes, Front office, Back office and Middleware solutions in scope, testing methodology, processes and tools
  • Coordinate with dependent third parties for test data creation within Front office, Back office and Middleware solutions
  • Manage a team of testers as part of the test factory – internal and/or external
  • Drive and manage the team to ensure quality in delivery and maintenance of test scenarios. Ensure the performance metrics are in line with project and weekly delivery commitments
  • Ensure that the daily activities, both individual and team ones, are fulfilled according to the timetable, procedures and business goals
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with the Client, Peers, Sponsors, Employees, and Contractors
  • Conduct regular reviews and ensure that the assigned employees understand their responsibilities
  • Participate in modeling of test factory processes: definition of pre-requisites, inputs and quality criteria, KPIs, and outputs
  • Setup and follow Factory processes and participate in continuous improvement of the production line to reduce the lead time and increase quality: identify issues and formalize problems, propose solutions to improve processes, implement and follow-up changes

Perform all solution activities for testing solutions:

  • Manage licensing, budget estimations and allocations per project | Maintain each testing solution as per Infrastructure, Application and IT Security best practices
  • Contribute actively to the technical coordination / improvements required by several parallel projects on the same Solution (e.g. environment management, release coordination, impact analysis on performance, etc
  • Play a key role in the relationship between Infrastructure and Applications teams, and also Global teams with regional Service Delivery team where the Solution is being rolled out
  • Ensure the Solutions built by the Project teams are properly handed over to Run teams, in close collaboration with the Solution Manager: Transfer 2 Run assessment (technical documentation, technical issues, etc), knowledge transfer, etc
  • Ensure the technical documentation related to Solution projects is available (and stays from a knowledge management perspective) and in line with change management guidelines
  • Lead as a project manager multiple projects using LDC methodologies and best practices, ensuring all teams complete their tasks on time, as per budget and plan
  • Expand knowledge on new domains as the organization changes by providing expertise from previous experience on IT best practices, training new team members, lead continues improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with your colleagues from Build and Run for Front office, Back office and Middleware solutions, and with your business counterpart, Global Business Process Owners



  • Bachelor degree or equivalent in IT, Engineering or equivalent
  • Know how to work in a project structure with multicultural teams
  • Good knowledge of Office package (Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Test management
  • Experience in Agile environment is considered a plus
  • Good knowledge of Tricentis Tosca, JIRA and TM4J is considered a plus
  • Knowledge SAP is considered a plus
  • Proven leadership skills as a project team member for 3 years > you will communicate actively with the employees in the team, with Management and all internal functions, related to the operations
  • Quick learner with the ability to work both independently and as a good team player using collaboration skills
  • Good analysis, synthesis and communication capacity > to make improvements, find new ideas, techniques and procedures to enhance quality or value of the solutions
  • English is mandatory > you m ust have a cross cultural mindset to be able to work with interlocutors from all regions across the world
  • Be able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
