Main Expectations:
- Ensure projects are completed on time.

- Organize the department to provide clarity and traceability.
Requirements:
- Experience with embedded ANSI C/C++.
- Experience managing people in an embedded RTOS environment.
- Oversee the development of control software for ARM Cortex microcontrollers in our products.
- Responsible for managing the process of developing new software.
- Develop new concepts and firmware for embedded software platforms with a focus on IoT and PIT.
- Collaborate in creating real-time software architectures, from specification to implementation.
- Oversee the creation of new projects, including coding, primarily in C and C++.
- Oversee the creation of development documentation.
- Implement and maintain configuration management.
- Experience with project management.
Management of People and Processes:
- Experience in building and developing a team, including evaluation and performance analysis.
- High level of communication skills.
- Ability to manage organizational changes affecting people and structure.
- Review strategies and processes in the department.
