After numerous awards, articles, and praises, they are continuing their growth and they need a Development Team Lead to take part in scaling one of their newest teams and products in the exciting field of computer graphics.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead a global team in Prague and Sofia, ensuring cohesive and productive collaboration.
Understand project requirements and ensure they are met, collaborating with all teams involved.
Proactively identify potential obstacles and develop solutions to overcome them.
Keep all stakeholders fully informed about project progress, regularly providing updates and addressing challenges. Ensure productive communication across all teams cooperating on the project within the company.
Guide and support team members, fostering a cooperative and successful work environment.
Understand and oversee technical requirements, tools, and deliverables.
With the assistance of the QA team evaluate deliverables, suggest improvements, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
With the assistance of other teams, support the documentation process, maintain a risk log, and handle necessary reporting.
Participate in the regular release of test and stable versions, ensuring code quality and reliability.
Main Requirements:
Proven experience with developing of the complex application using C++ is a must.
Proven experience in managing and leading distributed teams.
Strong understanding of project requirements and the ability to ensure they are met.
Forward-thinking approach to identifying and resolving potential issues.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English. Proficiency in Czech is an advantage.
